Putt2Play™ Beta Tester Application

Putt2Play™ prototype game systems are available in very limited quantities...for now. If you're interested in trying out an early-access Putt2Play™ game system for yourself, and become a part of the revolution, fill out the application below. In the message section, please answer some or all of the following questions, and we'll be in touch:

• What is your current iPhone or iPad model? (The app is iOS only for now, we sincerely apologize!)
• What is your current USGA handicap, or how many rounds of golf per year do you play?
• Are you willing to provide a photo of your intended playing space below? (At least 10 feet x 4 feet of space is required)
• Do you have access to a SmartTV that you can “screen mirror” with? 
• Who will play this game the most: Kids, friends, solo? 
• Are you willing to conduct a 5-minute setup conference with a Putt2Play representative, and a 20-minute call to gather feedback later on?
• Do you understand this is a "pay-for" testing experience, but that the upfront payment for the prototype system will come with future discounts, free upgrades, exclusive access, and more? 
• Why do you feel that you would be a good beta-tester for early-access Putt2Play™ game systems?
